Can you find a study that states women have a finer color perception than men?
I believe I heard it first on The Rest of the Story, and it specifically said that men were unable to distinguish the color fuschia or something of the sort. I'd like a website or two with more details, if possible. Thanks!

There was a Cambridge University study that discovered this. Normally, people have three types of cone cells for daylight, for detecting different colors. But some women can see extra colors as they have four types of cone cell receptors. They are called tetrachromats. Compared to them, we all are color blind.

Not quite what I was looking for, but definitely interesting enough to give me a good time running across the web.
