Assuming complete inactivity and no perspiration or other water loss than urination, and no food intake, the answer is a maximum of eleven days. A more realistic estimate is about three days for a conscious adult. Bear in mind that there is water loss from evaporation directly from the skin, known as insensible water loss, and that food contains water. A short-term strategy for survival is to drink one's own urine, which can be done up to nine times in a row. After that, the kidneys are unable to remove sufficient urea and electrolytes from the bloodstream and death ensues rapidly. This could be delayed by a low-protein diet, but that would cause a condition known as kwashiorkor, where there is a build up of fluid in the tissues

Depends on the temperature you're living in and what you eat (wet foods like fruit can help, dry or salty foods will hurt). Generally it's anywhere between 2 and 10 days. There's a table factoring in temperature if you click the source link and scroll down.
two to ten days
This is really dependent on a number of factors(health, age, food if any, etc). The commonly held assumption is about 3 days, however I know for a fact at least 4 days is possible since during sundance back home they go that long without.
In short, if it is out of simple curiosity, 3-5 days. If you are answering a question on homework, 3 days.

I think that the average person can survive for about 2-4 days without water, but there are some people who for no reason can live as long as 10 days without water, so there is no definite time allotment. All the sites below had different answers
