The FDA conducted tests on the Can and found that the Frog lacked any internal organs that would normally be found in the abdominal and thoracic cavity. They also conducted tests on Cans in the same package and found no problems. If we ruled out the possibility that the man that found the frog didn't put it in there himself to create news and an opportunity to sue Pepsi, this would suggest that someone must of put the Frog into the Can during the production process. Frogs with no internal organs would not live to jump into a Can of Pepsi themselves.

How did the frog get in the Pepsi can?
A Florida couple found a frog in a can of Diet Pepsi. They originally thought it was a mouse, but FDA examination found the carcass of either a frog or toad, with several internal organs removed. The local bottling plant was inspected, but nothing out of the ordinary was found. Pepsi is not taking responsibility for the incident.

Tadpoles grow to adulthood in prepackaged lettuce. It is possible that a smaller frog grew to adulthood before packaging and the Pepsi ate out the insides?

I agree with you as well. I think the evidence is planted. It couldn't have been an accident. I can't imagine an organ-less frog still jumping around.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, test results from the FDA showed that the soda can contained a small animal, possiblly a rodent. Fred and Amy Denegri saw the remains of an animal and whil the animal cannot be identified, the body mass was too large to come out of the hole.
