I imagine the aliens could have been attracted when they saw her traveling to Venus!

I would guess that she is simply dreaming this stuff up in her head.
She is not what I would consider a "normal" woman.
But then again, Japanese politicians and their families have never been particularly normal..

Some scientists believe that many alleged alien abductions are a result of something called "sleep paralysis", where a person is wakes up from sleeping but is unable to move. Often, people in this state report seeing strange looking creatures, ghosts, or people hovering above them. Accounts of sleep paralysis experiences are similar to accounts of alien abduction. This is what I beleive to be the majority of "alien abductions".
