Most of the time is a combination of BBC7 (http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio7/) for Drama and comedy and BBC Radio 5 Live (http://www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive/) for news and sport.

When I do listen to the radio, I'm a sucker for the Top 40 stations and also sports talk radio. I have terrible taste I know, but I like it.
Our public radio station is Alabama Public Radio and you can listen to the stream online.

Then we listen to Radio Puntarenas, which plays a really good mix of salsa, cumbia and reggaeton. (I live in Costa Rica)
We occasionally take breaks when we pass each other to do a little dancing to keep in practice. (keeps the hips loose you know). This goes on about twice a week when we are in the house.
In the US, I try to seek out the interesting stations, those playing jazz, blues, Jack radio, and classical when I am in the mood.

I actually work at a public radio station in Alabama, and I have to be honest and say that I rarely listen to it. I generally listen to podcasts on video games and technology. When I do listen to the radio, I'm a sucker for the Top 40 stations and also sports talk radio. I have terrible taste I know, but I like it.

I don't very much, usually only when my wife is here in the house doing the chores. Then we listen to Radio Puntarenas, which plays a really good mix of salsa, cumbia and reggaeton. (I live in Costa Rica)
