If your looking for a city with a lot of entry level positions, in essence you want to find a city with a rapidly growing population. Greater population growth leads to more businesses being built to match the changing needs of a city (and more importantly NEW businesses). Some of the fastest growing cities in America are: New Orleans, LA, Round Rock, TX, and Gilbert, AZ. So I would definitely start my search at one of these locales.
