What are some of the recent research projects that have demonstrated that remote viewing is a real, observable phenomenon?

This will be tough, as most of all of the previous ones have been discredited in numerous forums and it seems as though if a new one comes out, then it just gets discredited again. I know the government gave up on it back in the 1990's after burning 20 million or so. They called it the "stargate project (1)." The most current experiment I was able to find is here, but I don't think it is showing any 'real, observable phenomen.' http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/twitter/5415852/Twitters-psychic-experiment.html
