Do you think you're well prepared

for a (hypothetical) disclosure with regard to aliens and UFOs, in particular when it comes to alien abductions? Is there a place for it in your world(view) at all?

I am not at all prepared for it
Asker's Rating:
• Have you read anything by [[Jacques VallĂ©e]]? Try [[Passport to Magonia]], or [[Dimensions]]. It won't make aliens any less mysterious, but may help place them in perspective, and make them a bit more familiar, a mystery that's been with us since anyone can remember.

UFO = UNIDENTIFIED flying object.

If I throw a rock into the air and it goes by so fast that you can't tell what it was, that makes it a UFO.

Not knowing what something is does not automatically make it Alien (otherworldly). It's enough to say, "what was that?" It's highly presumptuous and egotistical to say, "that was a visitor from another planet!"

I am prepared for full disclosure. Any data that was Classified that becomes Unclassified is interesting to me.

My confidence in when, why and how some information will be "revealed" one day falls in the realm of personal beliefs and would be off-topic for this question (oddly enough). But when/if it does happen, it won't be a surprise to me.

For the record: the term UFO usually refers to a flying object that cannot be positively identified even after all available date have been examined by competent persons.

That still doesn't make it an alien spacecraft, but UFO is not just about anything puzzling that people see flying by, neither.

Back to the subject matter, what do you think, why is the UFO data classified?

Personally I feel that any classified data is over our own attempts and failures at technology. Work on invisibility over the past century is coming available but there's still Classified data on that too.

Doesn't mean it's alien technology because it's Classified. Fortunately people are making progress with invisibility in the public sector using meta-materials. Electromagnetic invisibility is happening on a scale of inches per unit. Visible light invisibility is happening on a microscopic level. Note that these experiments are being accomplished basically in people's back yards. No special funding or facilities!

The technology we suspect as alien I suspect is actually just us. No evidence to the contrary.

And I get the usual reference, but not knowing all the data will never make it otherworldly. :)

Yes, I am well prepared I have had interesting encounters with what people consider the weird, paranormal and myths all my life.. From Getting struck by lightning 9 times, to chasing Pan in the woods as a child, to wolfman encounters, and Orbs.. and UFOs .. But I am not sure if they are aliens or not.. I do know what I call Thunderspirits are not just Earth beings as I seen pictures of them in space... and when I was hit by lightning I was shown a planet where many of them reside.. at the end of the Pleiads...

I may sound crazy with this post I apologise if this is not what you were looking for... Most UFOs I encounter are orbs and spirits.. But I have seen interesting manmade crafts and then others I am not sure how they are possibly manmade maybe ufos.. and or people through worm holes from the future.. as I discovered by accident at times how to walk through certain areas on our land into other realities in time.. that the way back is exactly reversing step by step and rocks I touched.. Hard to explain.

But on my path of Shaman Recognition I experience many things which most call paranormal, crazy, Alien, or different. I come to realising that The universe is just as much worldwide as the world itself.. and how true time, distance can be a major illusion just but the slight effects of electromagnetics altering which reality we are viewing at a given time.

Just keep in mind there are good and bad aliens. Some use us as lab subjects, others take pride in helping people they take interest in heal.. Others just track us out of curiosity..... Then there are also Human Aliens...
