My favorite would be Gouden Carolus Cuvee Van De Keizer. It is quite hard to find but is easily the best beer I have ever tasted. It also has the highest rating on http://www.ratebeer.com
If nothing else do yourself a favour and find this beer and try for yourself. If you like beer, and particullary if you like Belgian beers this is the best that Belgium has to offer.

Personally, I like porters and stouts with a sort of licorice flavor to them. My husband doesn't get licorice out of them at all.
Russian Imperial Ale is great.

Personal favorites (at this moment): the Yeti by the Great Divide Brewing Company, Rogue brewery's Chocolate Stout, and Xingu from Brazil.
