Good food to pair with Gulden Draak?

I've got a big bottle of Gulden Draak Belgian ale at home that I'd like to drink with friends this weekend. So, in this case, I need to pair my food to the drink. Any suggestions of a main dish that would pair with the dark, sweet, Belgian tripel ale?

According to the Chez Michael restaurant some good foods to pair with the ale are barbecue, beef, teriyaki chicken, pork tenderloin, strong cheese and chocolate.
