It's a bit early don't you think? And the overall is unpredictable anyway. But I'm not going out on a limb to say that Jack Passion is the favorite for Full Beard Natural and will be an overall contender.

There is a definite home field advantage, so a Norwegian is a good bet, and there will be Germans there in plenty.
Not much chance of a repeat for champion David Traver who had the hometown advantage plus the inspiration to do his beard in a local theme (snowshoes).

Swabian Beard Club. For a guy to grow his mustache as a national land mark from his country and it resemble it, he has to be a a genius. From the article i read about him he is not only highly artistic but creative and unpredictable. who would guess that i guy would shape his mustache in the form of London's Tower BRIDGE.The other contestants will surely have to raise the bar to beat this man . The championship will be held in Trondheim Norway in 2011, who is your favorite to win this time?

Personally, I like the look of Willi Chevalier and Schani Mitterhauser - maybe I'm partial to the curling 'stache. http://www.worldbeardchampionships.com/schani.html

That does take some bunch of creativity to shape your beard into the London Bridge... Brilliant.

I was just amazed by the contestants and the "lengths" they would go to to win this curious competition.
Jack Passion is passionate about hair condition and quality as well as size and length. He has a book out on taking care of your beard.
