Not sure if you meant liquid eyeliner or mascara or both. But, I like Cleure mineral mascara because it is good for sensitive eyes and all eyes are sensitive. You can look good without doing anything harmful to your skin.

I'm always looking for the perfect mascara! I like Eco Nvey & Logona brandsat KaiaHouse.com -- both are organic which is great because I have sensitive eyes that are irritated by mainstream brands. They don't cost any more than those you find at Sephora, and they use natural ingredients like Beeswax and Coconut. Hope that helps!!
