Bella Swans style is really all about comfort and function. She doesnt dress flashy. Some things that are very Bella are jeans and plain shirts. If you want more ideas, you can watch the movie or look for pictures...its not really something I can describe very well. But, to answer your other question, it is acheivable.

If you want to achieve her look, color your hair dark brown then add a cold wave effect on it; in terms of the make up, go for nude shades that will make you look more natural; and lastly, for the clothes, Bella doesn't care of trends, she wears whatever is comfortable, so just keep your attire simple..don't be so flashy..you might appear like "VICTORIA" if you do that.
