I've only used their lip balm, to be honest, but I feel like it's more soothing than some of the chemical-based balms. If the all-natural thing is important to you, they have been doing it for years and years, long before the green craze set in. I always mean to try more of their stuff...

Personally, I can't stand their labeling ethics and refuse to purchase their products. They've been going round and round for years defining and re-defining the word "natural" to suit their labeling claims. There is currently no FDA regulation to the word "natural" and I feel they have used this to their advantage. http://www.cosmeticsdesign.com/Formulation-Science/Burt-s-Bees-seeks-to-clear-up-natural-confusion
