I've only used their lip balm, to be honest, but I feel like it's more soothing than some of the chemical-based balms. If the all-natural thing is important to you, they have been doing it for years and years, long before the green craze set in.

I always mean to try more of their stuff...

Personally, I can't stand their labeling ethics and refuse to purchase their products. They've been going round and round for years defining and re-defining the word "natural" to suit their labeling claims. There is currently no FDA regulation to the word "natural" and I feel they have used this to their advantage.

To me, it feels so smooth, and my lips have never been in better condition. Their hand balms and such are great too.
