There is no best conditioner. It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. There are conditioners for dry hair, damaged hair, chemically treated hair, curly hair, etc. Salon quality products are always better than some product you buy at your local grocery or drug store.

Kaia House Lavender and Aloe Super Conditioner! This gives great moisture to dry/damaged hair without wearing your hair down. Plus it's organic, so you don't have to worry about the synthetic chemicals found in other products... this has natural conditioners like lavender oil and rosehip. Kaia House also has a hair masque made with aloe, avocado and coconut oils when you need some extra TLC. Hope that helps!!
