What is the best and cheapest way to make a small bedroom a clothing and shoe closet instead?

I just moved into my boyfriends small house and there is no place for my clothes and shoes. I am looking to make one of the small bedrooms a closet and vanity room for about $100.00. Any suggestions?

If you go to Lowes and tell them what you want to do and how much money you wish to spend, I almost guarantee you they will get you everything you need, tell you what you need to do, & get you all set up. You may even be able to get someone to come to your house. Lowes has great customer service, you just have to find the right person. They have great shelving & organization products, too; if you go to their website, http://www.lowes.com, you can find a store near you.
