Sorry that your answer has gone so long with no answer, I guess Mahalo lacks the South Asian experts.

I think your best bet would be keep up on some of the popular South Asian blogs, I found a list of popular Indian blogs, I think the design, fashion and style sections will help you with the latest trends.
