The famous face is Kurt Cobain - and what a lovely face it was! :(

I really like the look of the site - all I would say is that you perhaps need to tidy it up a bit. Make it clear what's going on with the site and what point you're trying to get across.
A clear introduction on the front page would be good ;) I know you have some info on the first page, but you need to make it clear what's going on and keep to the point :)
