Probably. Years back I bought an army issue defogging spray at a flea market. It worked pretty well. I would think that anything windshield defogger would be basically the same thing. Check the bottle first for any warnings, especially if you glasses lens are plastic. Then go for it. Why not?

There are store selling defogging spray for sunglasses. I have tips for preventing the fog, dont put it on the wet surface. Hope it help goodluck
