It would have been a much better answer if you had separated the direct competitors from the indirect as the question asked, instead of just grouping them all together.

Okay, let's try this again. After given it some thoughts, I would think that Chanel, Estee Lauder, Procter Gamble, Relvon, Cover Girls, Avon, Mary Kay are Loreal's direct competitors. Hair salons, professional stylists, makeup artists, department stores skin care/ beauty boutiques are their indirect competitors. Hope my new andswer helps.
