From a personal perspective, I agree with the experts above. I have oily skin, and if I skip toner, I can tell a huge difference. If you have normal skin, toner may be too drying and actually make skin conditions worse.

Bottom line: toner is a good product for those who need it, otherwise, it's just a gimmick. Do what works best for *your* skin.
