I've had really good luck with the Neutrogena line of products - they tend not to dry my skin out or make it overly oily. They also have really high SPF values as well - up to 90 SPF, which is great if you burn easily.

It can be picked up at most drug stores, or online.

My wife uses neutrogena products and sun screen lotions. After doing some online research and watching the reviews on some network channels, I will go with my wife that Neutrogena ultra sheer dry as the best one.

Btw, isn't it the main purpose of a sun screen to be skin friendly? I wonder why there are some best and also not so best lotions in the market even from the name brand.
