My name is Camille, I'm a youtube Partner and Makeup Guru. But cant seem to get passed 4000 subs, It took forever to get there and its just not moving anymore! My channel views have been stuck at about 48,000 while others of my status are at 300,000 and more and climbing fast. What am I doing wrong???? What should I be doing? or what can I do? I don't do youtube but I write and it's frustrating. You have to actively market yourself. Getting views can be a lot of work. Take advantage of networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and/or anything else you can think of. Promote your work like crazy. Have you considered starting a blog about your youtube videos? It may also require some promotion but it will pay off. You just have to get it out there. Good luck!
