Dried herbs last 1-3 years as whole herbs such as you find in a bouquet garnis. Since you have a variety of herbs there, I'd say 1 year for the whole thing to be at its best.
By the way, this is more a cooking question than a beauty/style question.

Thank you. I bought a bag with several bouquet garnis a couple of years ago in France and have kept them, but I'm afraid they've lost their potency.
