I would go with one of the fragrances from the Body Shop. The price for the fragrances are under $30 and in some cases under $20. I have included a link below about the eco-friendly nature of the company and a link to the fragrance page of the site.

For sure the best ever is anything be Lush. check out their website, all of their products are all natural.
