You may also try a local flea market, goodwill, garage sale, yard sale, auction house or thrift store if you prefer to purchase locally.

I've had some good luck at 6pm.com with their shoe discounts. They have lots of clothing discounts too, but, I'm really tall, so I don't have much luck anywhere for discount clothing. I shop the ediebauer clearance sales for the discount clothing if that helps at all.

www.ebay.com, http://www.bonanzle.com/ and www.craigslist.org. Sometimes www.freecycle.org. If you are looking for vintage items, you might also try www.etsy.com. ETSY is mostly for craft supplies, but they have some handmade clothing items as well. You may also try a local flea market, goodwill, garage sale, yard sale, auction house or thrift store if you prefer to purchase locally.
