Ok, We've had exactly 44 presidents including Obama. We can't really judge any First Ladies before Roosevelt because many of the photos of them are painting and everyone looks good in a painting. That leaves us with 18 First Ladies to decide who is the hottest.
Technically fashion-wise, Jackie-O was the gold standard women looked up to, a style icon to this day.
So then I gotta ask, are you judging how hot they from the time they became first lady, or before?
It's really a matter of personal preference. Personally, all of the first ladies (pre-Michelle) have been more like mother/sister figures. So yes, she is the hottest, until someone else can provide proof other wise.
