Hi there, I like using Weleda Extreme Weather Face Cream -- it is made with almond oil and beeswax that instantly moisturizes and protects the skin from further damage. John Master's Pomegranate facial oil is also great -- you can use it alone or with your own moisturizer for additional soothing of the skin. The best part is these are both organic. You can find them on KaiaHouse.com.

Ammonium lactate 12% is great & otc. Try hydralauronic acid supplements & creams, too. Plz don't use too close to eyes or other sensitive areas. :)

Cetaphil is a lotion commonly reccomended by dermatologists for dry skin because it hyderates your skin without making it overly oily. The brand can be found anywhere from Ulta to Target for around 10 dollars. It works in a few days and leaves your skin soft and healthy. I have been using it for about a year now and the results are great! I highly reccomend it.
best of luck!

It sounds like you not only would benefit from a moisturizer, but an exfoliator. We are often told to cleanse, tone, and moisturize; but we forget to exfoliate at least once week. This helps to remove dead skin and recover a new skin waiting to come to the surface. See my source for some helpful options.

Aveeno Cream is what I personally use and would recommend for dry skin. Aveeno Cream actively moisturises dry and sensitive skin and help to retain natural moisturising oils. It is formulated with natural colloidal oatmeal. Regular use of this cream helps in preventing dryness and irritation caused by skin dehydration.
