1- Air Dry

5-Clean Socks

6-Raise Them Up
Several times a day, put your feet up, so that they're above your heart. This lets the excess fluid, drain out. If you're on your feet the whole day, gravity will pull all those fluids down until your feet are painful and swollen out of shape.
