Use a belt made from thorns and drips red paints on it. Or use a whip as your belt. Hmm... kinky. Other choice, string fake bones with bloods, or skulls.

The one prop that would really tie these two ideas together would be to have a rubber or plastic brain to carry around with you.

You could made a belt to look like it was made from human parts, or use a rope and keep several pieces of your last meal there either tucked in or tied on. Like you are saving those for later.
I know it is very gross, but perhaps something a zombie nun might do.

Another idea is perhaps having a sacrificial knife in the shape of a cross attached to your belt, or made a belt our of rosary beads (prayer beads) with a few strands of beads hanging down around it. It would look really neat.

How about a bloody ruler? Or if you want to get very elaborate, you could tie a rosary around the neck of a doll head or stuffed animal head, then have some sort of fake brains or ooze coming from the hole...
