Here's what I could find:
- From Me To You*
- She Loves You*
- I Want to Hold Your Hand
- Misery
- I Wanna Be Your Man
- Little Child
- Baby's in Black
- We Can Work it Out
- Wait
- Hey Bulldog
- I've Got a Feeling (with this one, it was similar to the case with A Day in the Life where it was a combination of two unfinished songs, one by Lennon, one by McCartney.)

The Lennon-MCartney song-writing partnership pretty much ended around '64.
Generally, the early songs where they share lead vocals, like "Love Me Do" and "Please Please Me," they wrote together 50/50.
On songs where they each sing a separate lead, like on "We Can Work It Out" and even John's underlying vocal on "Getting Better" for example, those songs were written by Paul with John having very little input.
They would usually run ideas by each other and suggest ideas, even up until the very end.
If you want a definitive list, I recommend checking out the book Paul McCartney: Many Years Now. It's an amazing book written by Paul's close friend Miles. In it, Paul gives song-by-song accounts of who wrot what, even breaking in down in percentages.

Which songs did John Lennon and Paul McCartney actually write together?
I know there are only 20-or-so songs that the two collaborated on. I know the easy ones, like "A Day in the Life" where they each have a part, but what are all the others?
