Which Kobe shoes should I get for my birthday?

I'm debating between the Zoom Kobe IV's and the Hyperdunks:

I'm considering both looks (on and off the court) combined with which one is the better basketball shoe.

Bonus Points if you've ever tried either of them on.

I would consider the IV its nice and simple look which helps with off the court, no offense to easyeboy above me here but the Lebron shoe looks a little too flashy and colorful to be wearing around the town. This shoe looks a little bit more realistic.

Thanks for the answer! I agree about the lebrons. The IV's definitely win the style competition for off the court. I'm still not sure which shoe would be better on the court though.

i always think twice about black and white soles like that, marks up quick if you want them as an everyday kick.

that said, they are the nicest style in a min.

I personally think you should consider the Lebron James shoe as they are cool on and off the court, and in my opinion they are the best basketball shoe with style. Then again, I'm a fan of Lebron, so I personally liked this shoe. If you would like to make your own shoe, you should check out NikeID, where you can customize your own shoe, even customize your own Kobe IV shoe if you like. Be sure to check this out, as you can choose from 24 pairs.

Thank you. The last 4 shoes I've had have been LeBron's, and I've been very happy with them! But his new ones seem a little clunky (meaning too heavy), and I want to try one of these new Kobe ones because they are light (and Kobe is my favorite player!)

Between the hyperdunks and the Zoom IV's, which would you pick?

Very good! I would pick the Hyperdunks, but if you want to customize them you might like the Zoom IV's because they can be customized on NikeiD http://www.nikeid.com
