Absolutely, the Oklahoma City Thunder. They are a dreadful 2-23 (.080 winning percentage). They are being outscored by their opponents by nearly 10 points (9.9 to be exact). They are 1-11 at home and 1-12 on the road.

Seriously, the Thunder are on track to win eight games this year.
Eight.
Watching the Knicks spank the Kings and the Grizzlies was also brutal. They are right down there in the basement.
The Nets are worse than their 11-11 record for sure.

The team with the lowest winning percentage is Oklahoma City (2-23). However, if you combine simple badness with hopelessness, I think Sacramento takes the cake. There are players worth watching and enjoying on most NBA teams, but I think you would have to pay me to watch Sacramento play in most cases.

All I care about is the fact that it is NOT the Knicks! Seriously, the Thunder are on track to win eight games this year.

And I now present to you the lineup of one of the worst NBA teams in history (seriously, even their logo is the worst in the league). Although Seattle my be sad that they lost the Sonics, I'm sure they're pleased that they didn't have to put up with a season of this:
