It's on Nickelodeon - the exact channel differs depending on whether you have cable or satellite, and who your provider is. If you are unsure, call your local broadcast provider and ask them what channel Nickelodeon is. Sometimes(at least in my own case), they provide you with a sheet that lists all your subscribed channels with a brief description - if you received one of these, check it.

Nickelodeon - Saturday, March 28, from 8:00 PM (ET) to 9:30 PM
The 2009 show will be a live telecast (tape delayed for West Coast) from UCLA's Pauley Pavilion on Saturday, March 28, from 8:00 PM (ET) to 9:30 PM. After that, it will be followed by the debut of The Penguins of Madagascar.

I believe that the Kid's choice awards is on Nickelodeon. It airs on March 28th at 8 PM. It is hosted by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson so it should be good!
