Who are the drivers going to be in the 2009 Bud Shootout in Daytona under the new format?

As many of us NASCAR fans know, the requirements for getting into the Bud Shootout at Daytona the week before the Daytona 500 have changed. In past years, the requirement was that you had won a pole award in the previous year. There were some others allowed in, like previous winners, but I don't remember all the details on the others--like if past champions got a provisional or not.

This year, the requirements changed so that the top six teams in owner points for the four manufacturers would all qualify. I don't know whether or not previous Bud Shootout winners or past champions are automatically let in. What I do know is that Joey Logano will be in, and Tony Stewart will not.

Does anyone know what the possible ways of getting in are and who that will let in this year? Obviously, the six top Chevy drivers will be those from HMS and RCR who were in the Chase. The top three Ford and Toyota drivers will come from RFR and JGR respectively. But who are the other remaining three for each of those manufacturers (Ford and Toyota), the six for Dodge, and any additional who are let in by some provision or another?
