I checked the phone books and nothing appears to be listed... other than normal driving schools and the Stunt driving school. For actual racing you may want to check out this website.
Long Island may be pushing it (although they have fight pilot schools there) the closest "car racing" school I found was in CT

Where are the car racing schools on Long Island? Or are their hi speed go karts on long island?
