Yes, this accident and the death of Henry Surtees will definitely raise many questions on the safety of open cockpit race cars.
But just to clarify, from the BBC coverage I watched, Felipe Massa is resting and recovering. The life threatening stage seems to be over.
As many issues as I have with F1 management, you have to give credit to the safety standards when a car can drift in to a barrier wall at well over 100mph and the driver suffers no additional injuries.
I look forward to seeing him back in the cockpit soon!
