Where can I find a good contract for selling stuff on ebay for other people?

I want to start selling stuff on ebay for ther people, I have done it for a while for Family and freinds but I never needed a contract for that. Now I want to sell for people I dont know and I was wondering if anyone knew of a place to get a good legal contract for this, I have seen a few consignment contracts but I was hoping for something that works better for selling on e-bay

eBay recently started an eBay "Trading Assistant" program that will help you through the steps of setting up a consignment business to sell other people's things on ebay. This should give you detailed instructions about how to set up your business.
