If a alien comes in front of you? what will be your first reaction if somehow you know it is a real alien??

My first reaction is somebody playing a prank with me :) Once I know it is a real alien I am not sure what I will do. Your reactions and ideas??

My first reaction would be disbelief, unfortunately. That it had to be fake. I'd waste the first few minutes on cynicism. My second reaction would be that perhaps I was hallucinating. By the time I got through with both of those, the alien would probably have moved on to a more interesting human.

Your response reminded me of a Far Side comic where the farmer meets some aliens and shakes their hand (which is their whole body). Can't find it though.
