Superb Herring Roe on Kelp has the thickest layers of Herring Roe on the kelp with the best taste and best appearance.
Choose this one to impress on any special occasion!

This Herring Roe on Kelp is salted for preservation.
Before consuming, it has to be de-salted and marinated. Instructions are written on the package. Add soy sauce, Japanese sweet wine (mirin), Japanese Sake, and Bonito for a traditional Japanese delicacy. Or try it with a variety of other marinades like soy sauce and horseradish (wasabi).
