As a freshwater fisherman, I use "tubes" for bait. Is there a similar or better bait for the ocean?

What can I count on for all types of salt water fish? I only fish "catch and release".

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Tube style lures can be used for some kinds of salt water fishing. They would be mostly for shore or shallower water fishing. You pretty much have to use live bait for many kinds of deep water fishing.

High I have done a bit of sea fishing in the past. I presume the tube you use is for groundbait?

If this sis the case then I think give it a miss in the sea, I am not aware of anyone using groundabit whilst sea fishing. You can combine baits such as stinky makeral, and visually tantalising wotms to catch sea fish.

Always fish sustainably, (which you are I am sure)

Tubes are artifical baits that resemble a crawfich in the water, I think. What is a ground bait?
