If you are serious, you should take up facepainting. This is an all year round occupation mainly painting the faces of small children. When you are good at it, move to New Orleans and do a facepainting table at Jackson Square. If you stay open on Mardi Gras day, you will have the opportunity to expand to other aspects of body painting. They won't be models paying big money, just ordinary young ladies paying a modest amount. Still, it may be one of the best jobs in town that day.

I would recommend running an add on craigslist.com and go from there. Most models charge between 15 and 20 dollars an hour.
