where can i find statistics on no of lost cell phones, wallets and keys? relating to a persons tendency to forget or misplace things?
i am doing a study about how and where people most loose their belongings. mostly things which they carry with them all the time giving more opportunity to loose the same

They probably have a good idea of ridership, which gives you a population from which you can derive a percentage. They also probably have a lost and found department, which can give you an idea of the amount and types of items they find. It may vary by time of year, week or day.
