Thanks to you guys, I know I need a graphics tablet: Are there good ones for about 500 Euros?

I'm only on the way to a semi-pro, so I don't need highend 2000 bucks pieces, even if I COULD afford those. Are there good ones for about 500 bucks that I can get in germany?

It's one of the best toys ever! The Wacom Cintiq 12WX is about $900 US, so it ought to be in your price range.
