For anyone who dabbles in the arts and has really looked at his work, this question is very hard to answer.

Through all of his styles and art changes, it's like watching something grow.
Every period or phase he worked has such important pieces.

Even though he has done many colorful pieces, I'll go with Don Quixote.

They say it took him just a few seconds to sketch, yet it has been up on my wall for years. Amazing.
