If I'm not mistaken, don't you need to use Vector Images for CafePress so that the sizes can be adjusted to the different products without distortion ? I just found a free online Vector program that might be helpful. It's called Serif DrawPlus SE. I haven't figured out how to use it yet but am trying to learn because I do graphic design and one of the stock photo websites is going to start letting us sell logos on their site but they have to be vector images and I've never made them that way before. I usually create freehand and save to .png files to prevent distortion.
Try this link and see what you think of the program. I'll provide another link with MANY different free programs you can probably use.

I have a Cafepress Shop and I need help
I started a shop on Cafepress but I don't know how to run it. I need help making my designs larger when I upload them. It's technical stuff, mainly. I upload a picture but it's too small how can I make it bigger? If you can give me some more tips on running this type of store please let me know.

I have shops in Cafepress and Zazzle. It's hard, but you have to read the instructions. I hate that because it takes time to get the hang of it. There is a size limit for the pixel dimesions and the size of the file. If it's too small, try to enlarge it in Photoshop. I hope this helps. Peace!
