I could not find any information about a painting titled "clown 55" by Bernard Buffett on the net.
Artnet does have a list of art auctions and sales prices of other paintings by Bernard Buffett and might be able to help you. You first need to have someone verify that it is an original.

You might also want to call local galleries and find someone in your area that is familiar with this artist, so you can then figure out the value.

I believe I have an original..Bernard Buffet oil painting, Clown 55. Does anyone know anything about this painting?
