I'm sure lots of people have stayed there. ;-) (I had to, I'm sorry, I'll hang my head in shame.)
According to the reviews at Travelocity (22 at the time of posting) most would visit again and had very positive experiences of their stay at the Encore in Las Vegas.

The people a Trip Advisor aren't so happy with the hotel or their staff.

On a side note, the hotel is in the news right not because the bank Wells Fargo canceled some big shin-dig there were scheduled to have there. Too many people complained about them wanting money in the great bailout of 09 and still taking trips.
