StickerGiant.com appears to let you order about 100 stickers (some other sites that I've checked have a 250-sticker minimum), but you have to go within their template sizes, which don't include 5x1. There are some options that come close, though, so if your design can be a bit flexible, this site should work out.

Websticker.com has a minimum order of 125. They say that they can print pretty much any size, but add that you'd have to order a HUGE amount for that to be cost effective. Their stock templates come close to the size that you want, but I don't see any 5x1 in there, sorry.

I'm really not finding sites that will let you a) order only 100 and b) print what's considered a custom size (5x1). I think that you should consider trying to make your image fit, but still look great, on a "standard" size.

I can't really get you prices, because most of the sites have to see the image before you can get a decent estimate - the price varies based on how many colors you want, among other things.
