I've always liked B.C., although I don't love it's religious spin. I love Calvin and Hobbes, and would even name my first born son Calvin, if I could stop having girls that is.

I hate Cathy and Family House?(Family something with Billy and Jeffy, it's terrible)

I think a special nod has to be given to Peanuts.... if Charles Schultz had not created Snoopy and gang comics would likely not be what they are today.

I have to chime in since no one has voted for Bloom County. I miss it so.

Gasoline Alley is the best comic strip of all time, due to its consistent character growth, entertaining storylines and decades-long continuity. But, I am also partial to Get Fuzzy due to Darby's use of human characteristics in the animal kingdom!

Gasoline Alley is quite unique as the characters have literally grown up with us over time. Pretty unique concept.
